shoes. really really nice shoes.
Before I began wedding planning, I envisioned myself being the thriftiest bride there ever was. I would plan the most beautiful, DIY wedding and save money at every point possible! I would find gorgeous 8 dollar vintage stilettos! I would buy a wedding dress on sale for under 500 dollars! It is after all, just ONE day!
Then, something happens. A wedding monster takes over and your wedding day becomes an excuse to buy the best things you can find....and price! Psh. Sure, 700 dollars is a lot of money to spend on shoes BUT IT IS YOUR WEDDING FOR GOSH SAKES! I still am budgeting and perhaps I'll come back down to reality soon. However, for now I am drooling over the opportunity to buy a REALLY NICE PAIR OF SHOES. And once you start looking at the little beauties, the 8 dollar vintage stilettos just don't even compare.
